Joseph Byrd Obituary

Joseph Robert Byrd, age, 79, of Mount Holly, passed away on October 7, 2021 at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia. He was born in Charleston, SC and was the son of the late Joseph and Miriam Byrd. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Josie. Those left to cherish his memory include fiance Quentina Price, a son Mark Crownover; a step daughter Barbara Russ, two grandchildren Jet and Harley; A sister Mary Evans, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate his life will be held at a later date in North Charelston, SC. Arrangements are in the care of Woodlawn Funeral Home of Mount Holly.
