Thelma (Parton) Wallace

Thelma Parton Wallace, 88, passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2022. She was born in Gaston County, daughter of the late Harry and Bryte Parton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Junior Wallace; and her son, Bryan Wallace.

Mrs. Wallace is survived by three sons, Frankie Wallace, Mike Wallace and his wife, Annette, and Steven Wallace and his wife, Kimberly; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; her sister, Oamie Jane Horton; two nieces; a nephew; and special family friend, Tim Hamilton.

The Wallace family will greet guests from 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Friday, August 12, 2022, at Woodlawn Funeral Home, Mount Holly. A service to celebrate her life will be held at 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home Chapel. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Gardens Cemetery, Mount Holly.
