Yancey Venoy Webb

Yancey Venoy Webb, 39, of Charlotte, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 1, 2024. He was born in Lincoln County to Eddie Webb and Bunni Johnson. Yancey was preceded in death by an uncle, Mike Johnson, and his maternal grandfather, Bill Johnson, as well as his paternal Grandfather Red Webb and paternal Grandmother Mary Webb.

Yancey was a 2003 graduate of North Gaston High School where he excelled in wrestling. He enjoyed riding four wheelers, horses and anything to do with the outdoors. In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory include his maternal grandmother, Janice Greene Johnson; his son, Elan Webb; fiance, Heather Mathis; brother, Davey Blackburn and his wife Maria; nephew, Cuauthy Blackburn; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

 A drop in Celebration of Life visitation has been set for March 2, 2024 at McAdenville Wesleyan Church Fellowship Hall, 300 Wesleyan Dr, McAdenville NC 28101 from 2-4 pm.
